Do I have to furnish the property?
Not at all. We actually prefer to handle the furnishing so we can create a consistent setup. That way, we remove the hassle from you and make the space turnkey for renters.
Are you subletting? Is this even legal?
We don’t sublet-we operate under a master lease with your full permission and our transparency. Everything is structured legally, with documents to back it. No gray areas here. Co-living is legal in most areas when done right. We follow local codes, occupancy rules, and even inform the city when needed. This isn’t a loophole-it’s smart housing.
Why wouldn’t I just rent it the traditional way?
You could-but traditional renting gives you one check a month. Our model gives you more income with fewer vacancies and professional management. Think: consistent rent + hands-off.
What happens if the people you move in cause problems?
Great question. We personally screen every person and have house rules in place. Plus, we manage the property like a business-not a free-for-all. That means less drama, more structure.
I’m concerned about wear and tear on the house.
Understandable. But truthfully, we treat the home better than most tenants would-cleaning schedules, check-ins, and strict rules. Our homes stay in top shape.
Are there situations when someone refuses to leave?
Our residents are not tenants-they’re members. Our membership agreement allows us to revoke access without going through a formal eviction.
What if neighbors complain?
